You missed a page - I think - and put one up twice. I was looking for the third presentation of R1.

The breathing is controlled - and that's not all that's suspicious here.

Does this person automatically fail for controlling his breathing?

He is CB and having TGTBT responses on the neutrals. Notice on the CQ's how he answers on the inhale and then continues with the inhale....that is too awkward! My call is deceptive and INC if you didn't want to go on the limb due to the CMs. I believe the last chart gives away the DW technique.

Thanks CK.

Not sure what happed, the links were correct but the same graphic was copied to three different files.

Fixed now.

It's a she, not a he.

CQs are DLCs.

I don't like the look of this test either.

Well, put R1 to rest cause she killed it.

Actually, a lot bothers me on this one.

She also has EMT training, knows a bit about the sympathetic nervous system and can articulate how to differentiate various types of shock.

I 'spose she's smart enough to read the internet material on polygraph.

It's a multi-facet test.

R1: Did you ever shake _ at any time?

R2: Did you ever twist _'s arm at any time?

R3: Did you cause those injuries to _'s feet?

Medical on the infant documented subdural hematoma, spiral fracture to arm, broken ribs, and scabbed blisters on feet.

Agreed, but I didn't have to get past R1 to know she's got problems.

I see movement on the motion sensor, but could you see what they were?

When ever I suspect CM's I love to leave the chart running or start another w/o them knowing to see the breathing rates (recorded). Chart 1. page 3 after XX you can see where she has to catch her breath after controlling it so long. Also, I have probably stated this before but EVERY woman I have tested has issues with the bottom pnuemo....probably due to us chicks trying to hold the gut in (regardless of our shape). I didn't see this on your subject and that is why I would have never guessed it was a woman. Plus I think it is classic that she is CB and when the RQ is asked she tries to slow down the respirations. Plus the PLE is awesome on your charts!

R1 looks bad, and these charts look bad, but the other examinee confessed.

Interesting. How did you pre-test "shake"? That's almost like "force."

What was her reponse in the post-test interview?

I hijacked your first question to a different thread.

No posttest admission. She didn't do it. Husband didn't do it. Musta been the older child (2-year old).
